Once again I reflect upon research that shows liberal/progressive people have fewer conservative friends than conservatives have liberal/progressive friends.
And how although one explanation popular on the right is that left wingers are less tolerant, another explanation also explains the data:
That many many more right wingers are just assholes.
I truly want to understand this dichotomy.

I am not too familiar with American politics, can you please pointe me to trust worthy articles or sources that shows that the right is staging terrorist attack against minorities or example of a book banning.

Although I am against book banning, I am in favor for parent right to choose what subjects/books their children are taught in school.
