Sounds like you don't get my point on the problem of content moderation and scaling.
It simply doesn't work.
That's why "they" came up with algorithmic shadowban.
To become a resilient stable network a certain equilibrium between the big instances is key.
Other wise we'll fail to regain the freedom only a decentralized internet can offer.
The unique selling proposition of the #fediverse is decentralization and we have to find a way to achieve that on scale.

I REALLY think we need to focus on empowering users to shape their experiences instead of pushing toward relying on moderators, human or automated, to do that job.
All too often that option is completely left out of the discussion.
