Let me try to clear up some things, where i think, you're wrong with you idea and plan.
First and foremost. Mastodon is not the #FediVerse ... the #FediVerse - even the only AP speaking part) is _WAY_ better. So you actually _cannot_ index all relevant data by only asking mastodon servers for their data.
In so far, you cannot provide a meaningful fulltext-search at all on that base.
Second, just because you can access some data by a url, you're still not entitled to scrape and save any data you like for commercial purposes _whatsoever_. So your actual idea is legally illegal too.
On top of that. You seem to change the shape of your idea at will. Now it's just only for moderators? Ah. So you plan to use user-data w/o any consent whatsoever(!). That's even more problematic.
The point that you call us bullies because we don't like your idea and say it so, makes you actually behaving abusive in the whole context.
In essence, you're blackmailing us, users, admins and hosts with the argument "someone else can do it, so i will do it". That makes you definitely a bad actor in this context.
And then you expect that we respect you and your idea, which is clearly half-assed and not thought trough?

Quick answer is think of Fediverse as being like the internet.
On the internet you have email and web browsing and watching home security cameras and whatever else, they are all different separate things that go over the internet.
Well on Fediverse you might have one platform that's all about microblogging right next to another platform that's all about sharing pictures.
Same system with different applications coexisting.
