I know of 1 MOC who was involved in some way with the fake electors scheme in PA, but the document had conditional language, unlike MI, so likely no crime. I'm not aware of any other MOCs who participated in the scheme.
Knowing someone else intends to commit a crime does not make you a conspirator, nor does witnessing others committing a crime, even if you cheer them on.
There seems very little basis for removal of the great majority of GOP MOCs.

The whole "fake electors" conspiracy theory is based on missing that the US legal system requires token gestures to stand up and present somebody who has been harmed for the sake of standing.

It's not some weird conspiracy theory; it's just a standard legal fiction.

People getting all upset over this particular element just really don't understand how legal system works in the US. And that's a shame because they are all too often falling for a conspiracy theory based on lack of understanding of how the legal system works.

@volkris @stopgopfox I don't think that's the basis for the potential criminality in this instance. IANAL, but I read/listen to the musings of a few good ones, and the crux is conspiracy to defraud and having defrauding the US Government by having sent fraudulent elector certificates to the National Archives.
