#Roberts is putting more effort into opposing ethic reforms than he puts into the actual work of the #court. Thou doth protest too much, I believe. Not even that big, billowy robe can mask the fear and desperation Roberts emanates.

That's a weird thing to say.
This letter was pretty minor work considering everything else the Court works on, from internal deliberations through public issuance of opinions.
@volkris It's not weird at all. While Roberts' comments may sound subdued when divorced from context, the truth is that any public statements by Supreme Court justices are inherently significant. The fact that there was a public statement is, itself, reflective of substantial concern by Roberts.
