In the US, more people are becoming disabled, more people are becoming poor, those who have been oppressed are becoming moreso - the debt ceiling agreement will accelerate all of the above. Not only is it not a win, it proves many ruling Democrats (including Biden) care more about political points than the lives of the majority of the people living in their country.
Glad my rep Grace Meng opposed it, though unsurprised Hakeem Jeffries voted for it.

But they both voted for the Consolidated Appropriations Act that set the stage for this.
Had they not passed that, this wouldn’t have even been an issue, and many believe it was part of a botched strategy to set up such a showdown.
