I think a #lemmy community / #kbin magazine is just an ActivityPub user that automatically reposts anything that mentions it. Is that right? Joining the community/magazine = following that user

One quick note, if you aren't familiar with it, the ActivityPub specification goes out of its way to say that entities don't have to be human users.
AP explicitly allows for non-user actors.
