Hutchinson’s motivations during this time in the White House are just unconscionable to me:

@jackhutton but that's how the US government was intentionally designed, with subordinates answerable to the executive who was himself subject to impeachment.
It's the key part of the design of the US government that keeps it accountable to the US people.
