Two datapoints:

- Biden's poll showings versus Trump's.
- Democratic electoral success at state and local levels.

There is no contradiction here, just a very troubling reality. Biden is, and will be, *the main drag* on chances of the Democratic Party in 2024.

Where are the pragmatic Democrats here?

If it's a moderate Democrat you want, then go with Beshear. He's no worse than Biden on the issues, and he has a mammoth advantage in the south.

Pick up the phone, Barrack.

@JoeChip "Barrack" is Joe Barrack, a Trump supporter. President Obama's first name is spelled Barack. Also, in case you can't tell, I'm a pretty big supporter of Biden and I don't think you're correct. I think that the polls are inaccurate, that yesterday's voting is the best poll around, showing that Dems are going to keep winning.

@NoTwit Well think about it from the other side, where we've seen so many cases where voters voted for Republicans except for Trump, where ballots were pretty much right down the party line except for Trump.

Same thing here. Just because people were up for voting Democratic down ballot doesn't mean they would also vote for Biden.
