@lovelylovely 💯 At Thanksgiving I talked with my 23yo cousin who said a lot of her friends — and by extension herself, I believe — weren’t going to vote for Biden. I said a version of this text that’s been shared around the #Fediverse:
“You can vote for the 82-year-old Democrat in 2024 and then vote for the next generation Democrat in 2028, or you can vote for the 79-year-old Republican in 2024 and then never vote again.”
She had no comeback for that. Hopefully it made her think!
@PamelaBarroway Sometime it's really hard to understand that logic? when President Biden was old when we elected him in 2020 so I'm confused 
but we still have some time not a lot However all the young people i speak with are well informed and stand with Biden 
@lovelylovely Well the problem is that a lot of people voted for Biden taking a chance on him, and he has not done the job very well.
I don't think it's hard to understand why people saw that he screwed up and are deciding now that they don't want to vote for him again.
