This is a win! The judge issued a finding of fact that #Trump incited in an #insurrection against the United States. Full stop.
I think she chickened out of removing him from the ballot out of fear of violence against her family, a theory that I've yet to hear any pundit suggest. But in this age of Trump-fomented #PoliticalViolence, that's a very likely cause for her not ruling 100% against Trump, only 95%. I expect the other 5% on appeal.

Nailed it! I correctly predicted that the #ColoradoSupremeCourt would grant the remaining 5% needed to keep #Trump off the ballot.
The lower court's finding of fact that Trump engaged in #insurrection was the durable key. The lower court chickened out on the disqualification question, but the Colorado Supreme Court didn't, and neither should #SCOTUS.
@ArtSmart The problem is that we can tell that the finding of fact was wrong since it relied on a timeline that was not legal.
The court is gaslighting us.
