@FerdiZ The problem is, if the people want war and you replace the governments with people who don't, you end up with a representative body that doesn't have much ability to actually implement that policy.
The people will keep on warring, just with a heightened state of anarchy, which could make things even worse.
@volkris Like the "Weathermen" era of '60s and '70s New York, maybe..? And even the "Isratine" lands of the '80s, '90s to '2000s? Or even Ireland during the Troubles?
A few tens or hundreds per month beats a few thousand per day maybe. ...But I'm just guesstimating, and I'm nobody. And anyways people are still killing & dying right now as we speak so whatever. There are no instant nor turn-key solutions.
