Imagine a certain SCOTUS justice recuses [as if 🙄] from the appeal/review of Colorado supreme court ruling on GOP 2024 primary ballot and 14th Amendment.
Then imagine the justices are tied 4-4.
What would the tie mean: The Colorado ruling remains?
