That would be a uniquely unparalleled breach of ethics on behalf of those that knew, one that exists at the intersection of Theft By Deception and Felony Assault, perhaps even Felony Murder in cases where recipients died of Covid. It's no different than knowingly selling someone a faulty parachute or faulty scuba gear. The injuries ineluctably suffered upon breakthrough are severe, life-long, and life-limiting even if less severe than those of matched unvaccinated peers en toto.
