@DemocracyMattersALot But let's not pretend that the Republican majority on the #SCOTUS actually respects the Constitution. They play a game where you have to start with the text and create an argument that results in whatever X the #GOP says they want and is enough to convince MAGA types its logical. (A low bar.)
@KeithDevlin well, what examples do you have of that happening?
Occam's Razor would have us at least consider that maybe they rule in certain directions because the argument they propose is simply the right one, that there isn't this conspiracy involved.
