Anyone and everyone that can afford to should start running for President tomorrow.
According to #SCOTUS - the only thing that can stop you is *new* federal legislation. And congress is struggling to keep the lights on right now.
So...quit procrastinating, and good luck with your campaign launch!

@dcdeejay That's not what the ruling today said.
It said that the state can't remove you based on this state application of federal law, but states remain largely free to manage their elections as they see fit as per state law.
It was the state judgment of federal law that was the real kicker here, that Congress can authorize if it wants to.
