Oh, so “state’s rights” only comes alive when it comes to oppressing and murdering Black people or preventing female persons from having abortions.
But orange insurrectionists? States aren’t allowed to anything about them.

It's just that state courts can't apply federal law without legal authority.
@volkris @popcornreel ehhh... Not sure I agree with that reading. State courts can and do regularly enforce constitutional amendments (hi first and fourteenth amendments).
So they can't enforce federal laws, sure, but this was the Constitution.
