Criminalizing #homelessness just seems like an unnecessary cruelty to add on to the lives of people that can’t afford housing. As a society we need to do more to alleviate this with much cheaper #housing and much better #mentalhealth resources.
These people don’t want to be #homeless! Stop punishing them for their unavoidable and unwanted situations!

@BohemianPeasant but they're not criminalizing homelessness in this case.
All of the people trying to criticize the case on that basis are repeating rhetoric that just doesn't apply, so it doesn't move the ball.
