#Trump team announces its appeal plan. They have until June 13 to present arguments for appeal. Thereafter, the NY Appellate Division will rule, and the case will go to the NY Court of Appeal. @maeve to be clear, different experts will believe different things, so for an issue like this one can find experts to support just about whatever conclusion they want to hear.
Plenty of experts see room for a successful appeal, even if I'm personally on the skeptical side.
