#MerrickGarland oversaw the investigation of #POTUS and his son, #HunterBiden. Ignored the Mueller Report, Jared and Ivanka’s WH crimes, and Trump’s COVID mismanagement. He sat on January 6th insurrection for 2.5 years. He hasn’t charged any of the Congressional coup plotters and planners. He has yet to support some action around corruption by #SCOTUS justices. He is seriously problematic. Oh, and the Civil Rights Division doesn't have the resources to do its job.

The buck stops with Biden.
Democrats would do well to dump Biden and choose another nominee to vote for, because otherwise Biden is shirking responsibility for your list.

If they stick with Biden, despite all of his failures, well, as a party they're choosing not to offer a decent candidate.
It's up to the party whether to stick with this flawed candidate or find someone better.

@JaniceOCG that's simply not the case. Democrats are free to nominate someone else at their convention, or put enormous pressure on Biden to step down, or enact all sorts of other mechanisms to get a worthwhile candidate.
If they don't, well, that's their choice.
Same with Republicans.
Both parties are voluntarily shooting themselves in their feet, and it remains their options to change course.

It may not be the case, but it is the reality. At this point, the solutions are much too fragile to drag them into a boastful, useless, and robust change formation.
The game is in play. Until I moved to FL, I was always registered as an I. But, I recognized the realities of my location. A more mature political move 2 me. The pieces on the board were not my choices, however, the game is in play and I have to deal with what is on the board. Biden may not be MY man, but he IS THE man.
