I think that #scotus has crossed the line of their legitimate authority. Only Congress has the power to make laws, so when #scotus does it, it’s not really legal. We desperately need a way to keep them in their lane. Right now they’re asserting power that they don’t really have.

@BohemianPeasant but SCOTUS has been emphatically pressing the government to enforce the laws Congress has made.
That's the whole point of so many of their opinions this term.
