NOT if the President of the US (#Biden or #Harris depending in coming events) recognizes their duty under their Oath to the #Constitution to defend it against all enemies foreign and domestic and in accord with the language of the 14th amendment finds and Proclaims as an Official Act that the radicals on the SCOTUS violated section 3 and in that moment ceased to be Justices, then sends six names to the #Senate

@ArneBab No that's not how the law works either. The Supreme Court doesn't decide the election, is decided by the EC as presided over by the people that we elect to Congress.

And that is rather the point.
The fascists loaded the court.
The fascists on the court aided and abetted an insurrectionist and shredded several parts of the Constitution.
That cannot go uncorrected - immediately uncorrected.
It will not happen through legislation. It will only happen through Proclamation and Executive Order by the POTUS,
OR we lose the Constitution and democracy.

Yes it us. It just hasn't ever been necessary before. But then we have never had politicians in robes so thoroughly scrap the Constitution before as to necessitate the use of the primary check and balance between the three branches before.
