Much as we might have wished Biden to win, his catastrophic debate debacle followed by a milk toast recovery, his lack of meaningful response to the radicals on #SCOTUS and now having COVID after declaring the pandemic over and failing to mask etc...

Pray tell, who do you think should run against trump? Biden out polls all of the other dems, and if people like you didn't believe everything you see in the media his polling would be even better. But that's just me and over 80% of democrats who believe that. I guess we'll just have to get over that.

Of course there are risks. The Trumplican fascists and their allies loaded the courts with anti-Constitutionalists who are as much trying to tear the country down as were the insurrectionists on January 6. More so. They have shredded the Constitution and unlawfully shielded a multi-time felon. No amount of illegality will slow them. They will do anything - legal or illegal. We are in a Civil War. We just don't call it that yet.

My point was that there are pitfalls to replacing the presumptive nominees at this point, and the trumpublicans can & will take every opportunity to exploit those through bad faith legal actions and with the complicity ofthe courts. They are already investing in legal talent to tie up the election results.
