@lety ... So bullshit
@volkris I think I've literally written dozens of posts criticizing Harris at this point, who absolutely deserves to be torn apart for every horrible thing she's gone out of her way to do.
And in the same way, I'm more than fine giving her the W when she goes out of her way against the party's status quo to actually call Trump out for what he is.
Calling out the wicked and unfit to rule is never bullshit, unless you feel your entire posting history is bullshit too.
@lety but, what she 's put out in the last couple of days has been as bullshit as ever.
So again, I'm wondering what you're talking about.
@volkris Hihi, I'm Lety!
I think we're having some kinda miscommunication here.
I commended Kamala Harris for dropping the Democratic Party's status quo of liberal civility, specifically in messaging as apparent through her recent press releases. These releases have begun to feature increasingly specific and personal attacks against Donald Trump, his messaging, his age, and his competency.
And you responded calling that “bullshit”, twice over now, seemingly showing an understanding of what I am discussing, only to once again ask what I am talking about.
There just seems to be some confusion here with regards to what is and isn't clear about my writing, so I just wanted to lay all my cards on the table.
If you could please respond with what additional information you'd like from me in order to continue this conversation, as well as your definition of “bullshit”, I think that'd clear up a lot of our pain points.
Hope to hear back soon!
@lety Well what specific quotes from her press releases are you referring to?
Lashing out at Trump doesn't make it clear. There's a whole lot of bullshit that lashes out at Trump.
@volkris Sure!
In the press release titled “Statement on a 78-year-old criminal’s Fox News appearance”, her campaign dismissed Trump's appearance as him being flustered and lashing out, called him out for lying and making threats, and then said he's old and quite weird and shouldn't be president again.
In the press release titled “Statement on Trump's Strange Speech at TPUSA”, her campaign called out his inability to pronounce words, lied about the election (again), and said he sounds like someone you wouldn't want to sit next to at a restaurant, much less as the president. “America can do better than the bitter, bizarre, and backward looking delusions of criminal Donald Trump” was how that one ended, calling out again the insanity that a convicted felon is running for the highest office in the land.
In the press release titled “Many People Are Saying: Donald Trump Is Scared To Debate Harris”-- honestly, that title alone is just perfect, but her campaign then brings up the many times Trump can be quoted as saying he's willing to debate anytime, anywhere, anyplace, and the hypocrisy of him now refusing to commit to debating Harris.
I hope that clears things up. Sorry for the miscommunication, that's maybe on me. It's just that you previously stated that what Harris has been putting out the last few days has been as bullshit as ever, so I assumed you knew what I was referring to.
Which further confused me because I'm subscribed to quite a few Democratic politicians' emails and releases, and I can't think of any other instance of a politician criticizing Trump in such plain, dismissive terms, in so repetitive and unapologetic a fashion.
@volkris Hihi! Hope you're well. Just wondering if you read my last post, and if that sufficiently cleared things up. :)
@volkris Her press releases throwing due shade at Trump
