There are copious audio and video recordings, witnesses, text and social media messages and mountains of other evidence linking Donald J Trump to a direct and provable violation of this Federal Law! leading up to and on January 6th 2021.
It provides fines and incarceration for up to 10 years and prohibits such person from ever holding any office under the United States!
Joe, Merrick ... what have you ignored for nearly 4 years that would have prevented this F***ING MESS?

@OWHolmes The reason is likely because the administration simply is not confident that it would be able to empanal a jury to agree that the evidence proved the crime, regardless of how convincing you personally feel that might be.
That's just how the population of the country is, a whole lot of people don't find it convincing, and there's a really good chance that cross-section would end up on the jury and prevent conviction.
