Of course he could just move to anywhere without a strong extradition treaty and live a life of luxury with money he's no doubt put in offshore accounts. But he doesn't want ultra-wealth for luxury. He wants it to be an unaccountable demi-god who plays with ordinary people as disposable toys.

Just for you, more details:
1)Musk says "I'm f*cked if Trump loses".
2)Even if Trump loses, Musk will still be very very very very rich.
3)Even if Musk hypothetically has some sort of drastic legal action taken against him, in worst case scenario he could still move to somewhere else and be at least very very rich.
So why does Musk call this "f*cked"?
My hypothesis: It's not about wealth, but power.
