@maggiejk Well just to name one problem I have with such a requirement, I really don't want government involving itself in my own employment arrangements. It's just none of their business how I sell my labor.

Even though I would pass the check, I don't want government involved in it at all. Just stay out of my labor.

I could go on, but that's just off the top of my head.
