Since it is clear that neithe Congress nor the Department of Justice are going to be a check on whatever #ElonMusk is doing to these branches of the US government, who would be in position to sue him and his cronies over it?
Trump doesn't have _all_ judges in his pocket, yet.

Well you don't really just broadly sue, that's not how it works.
You sue over specific actions and causes as per the rules of the federal courts and statute providing civil access to the courts.
So you'd name something specific and go from there.
