Yeah, no. 700ish​ district judges each getting the power to dictate to the executive how they must conduct policy (in ex parte proceedings no less!) is pure clown world and can only result in extreme kludge as soon as two or more decide the executive MUST do conflicting things.

@nicholas I don't think that funding or defunding government departments is part of the executive branch, that's the judicial branch's duty. If #Congress passes a spending bill, that money should be spebt, more or less.
