Reading through this article all I can think of is Harry Frankfurt's "On Bullshit." We have stark bullshit in the oval office. Not like the Bush-era where it was dressed up to sound like a coherent plan. This is straight up, full on, nihilistic bullshit. The foundations of the modern United States are being dismantled for "reasons."

As Walter rightly pointed out, there's no ethos with these people.
