Between this and the Venezuelan TPS ruling, #SCOTUS has now cleared the way for removing more than one million non-citizens who, until now, were *legally protected* against removal. This also ratchets up the stakes in the "third-country" removal case, since many of these folks *can't* be sent home.

The law was written so that these people would be legally protected until they weren't, and the Supreme Court is simply recognizing what the law says, for better or worse.
