troops to Portland & #ICE facilities.
"At the request of Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, I am directing Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to provide all necessary Troops to protect *War ravaged* Portland, & any of our ICE Facilities under siege from attack by #Antifa, & other domestic terrorists," Trump posted.

This is the reason why #Trump labeled #Antifa a #terrorist organization. So he could send #military into #BlueCities where there are #protests. Because it is amorphous, he can call whatever he wants “Antifa” it’s not like #SCOTUS will stop him.
#Trump said he was “authorizing Full Force, if necessary” of US #troops to handle “domestic terrorists” in #Portland, Oregon as he expands his illegal #military deployments to more American cities.
Note the language: “War ravaged Portland” - he thinks calling #Antifa #terrorists & Portland a #war zone will get him around the #PosseComitatusAct.

No, in the US system the SCOTUS only issues opinions. By design it can't actually stop anyone. Such powers were granted to the other branches, to limit the power of the Court.
It's really the folks that we elect to Congress that have primary power to stop a president who's misbehaving.
So we need to stop reelecting crappy congresspeople, particularly the ones that point fingers at others instead of doing their own jobs.
