Regarding his MRI (and the 'suspicious' that #Trump is being treated for a brain issue) it's interesting to note that he says of the MRI "The doctor said it was the best result he has ever seen as a doctor."
Taken literally, that means either that the doctors are looking for something and they've been able to knock one ailment off the list, or that they have diagnosed him with something and - because this is not his first recent MRI - either - best case - his treatment is progressing or - worst case - he is suffering from a degenerative condition and they have been successful in slowing the progression of the disease.
My speculation:
Trump is sick with something, likely dementia, and is being actively treated to slow the progression.
@evdelen I don't think we need to go out that far. There's no reason to assume.
The simpler explanation is simply that Trump doesn't know what he's talking about, never knows what he's talking about, and there's no point trying to find any message in any of his statements like this.
Occam's razor would have us assume that he's just babbling like always.
