The venality of this photo: All white men. All wearing the same clothes that seems to have become a uniform. All extremely wealthy. All kowtowing to the idiotic ramblings of a president -- a #fascist with #dementia -- who knows nothing about health care. The word care is not in his vocabulary and his subservient menials go right along with it. #Diversity, #Equity, #Inclusion might really help here.

@CindyWeinstein you have it backwards: Trump's dementia mean he doesn't really know what he's saying or doing, so it's those guys behind him that are really making the decisions, playing Trump like a puppet.
They aren't kowtowing. They're fighting over the remote control to control Trump.
