@stevevladeck.bsky.social I will also say that I'm really happy to see courts catching up to the social media era. Using actual screenshots of posts, and treating them as actionable? That's not something I expected to see. Mind you, I haven't exactly been monitoring stuff like that, so I'm probably woefully behind. Still. It's nice to see.

I think in the past such screenshots would have been either attached or referenced by link out of fear that they'd break long-established systems that expect only text.
I figure even today that's a risk.
