At least the #SAVE Act would not change procedures before the 2026 elections.
I can imagine a situation in which new procedures were promulgated. The matter goes quickly to #SCOTUS which refuses to interfere "so close to the election."
After the election, the whole SAVE Act is found unconstitutional, nevertheless one election was contaminated.
Out of curiosity, because I haven't read it, what specifically might be unconstitutional about it?
