@informapirata @pirati I minorenni, per definizione, sono ritenuti non in grado di prendersi piena responsabilità delle proprie azioni e bisognosi di protezione dagli adulti. Possiamo discutere di quale debba essere l'età che convenzionalmente scegliamo come limite, ma è ovvio che un limite debba esistere. E i diritti civili non possono essere attribuiti a rate, non si può ritenere una persona in grado di valutare una proposta politica ma non un contratto.

Twitter is doing it in the most crude way, antagonizing everyone, Elon style, but... if it doesn't end horribly and quickly, I think the others will go for it. After all, major newspapers are fully behind paywalls now, they made it work.

@matthew_d_green On one hand, I think that many people are genuinely concerned about ubiquitous porn... and I'm starting to understand them. Obviously when I was 17 I thought they were all horribly boring dinosaurs, now I kinda get what they're worried about and I don't even have children yet.

On the other hand - yeah. A logical conclusion. It's as unfortunate as is was predictable, but when the whole world joined us old geeks on the Internet we should have known they'd bring their goddamn borders with them.
