the US should just shut off access to social media for europe.
1. it would be actually good for peoples nerves
2. EUrocrats will instantly BEG to get it back
3. nobody would return to the mass media nonetheless, it's obvious they are in lock-step with the governments

@wislubb the US are very imperfect and have a big load of their own internal problems, so does europe. i have absolutely no problem with the people there. the same i got no problem with russians or wherever someone is.
almost all of the problems today are the decision of a handful of people in power, not the people they reign over (it's especially weird that politicians blame billionaires for their own failed policies and that people seem to believe it, but that's another topic).
@wislubb oh, i'm pretty sure the european elite would sorely miss the platforms to present themselves. lest we forget that the passing german foreign minister spend 100000€ on stylists or that they ALL still are on xitter. these people likely are very addicted to algorithms made to hook into the most egocentric parts of the brain as they are very self centered people. hence the push to "regulate" these platforms instead of outright banning them.
