The top 3%. The rest are still learning, like when you start in notepad.
Realistically; I have a config and between that or ssh, I can start programming from anywhere in the world, & from any computer. I've seen programmers take up to two days to get their dev environment setup on a new computer. More like two when it's a Windows computer. As for me, 30 minutes is the max and that includes making tea. Add to that having every single feature, & then some, that $150 buys.
@souldessin @worldsendless Aye, kinda ditto. Clone down my Homebrew list (I tend to like Mac) and my Emacs conf, fire them off and I'm good to go.
