@lambduhh @SeanCorfield Learning Clojure makes you a better developer/problem solver in any other language. The only issue is you will refuse to touch any other language afterwards.

@worldsendless Clojure was the first language that I learned after getting a little basic Python knowledge. I learned Scheme eventually, which became my favorite language. I often go back to Clojure when the Java libraries become too tempting to resist.

Scheme lover? Are you on Guix? That is why I'm trying to learn some Scheme

@worldsendless Sort of. Right now, I'm just using the Guix package manager on Debian. It's a great way to manage both Guile Scheme libraries and Emacs packages.
