@froos @yaxu @sean_ae it gives me the chills. I've seen this craft both in Teotihuacán and Chichen Itzá, but the exact origin of it and how it's passed down remains a total mystery to me. Another probably unrelated mystery is what I call "topological puzzles" I've seen in Mexico City. Have you seen this before?

@yaxu Also I know a lot of people like hot chocolate + mezcal.
Alcohol
@yaxu I usually just chase it with a lager beer, as for a cocktail try Margarita (with chili powder+salt in the border) or Mojito.
Lately I've been questioning if we should be critically questioning everything. Think about how deconstruction itself is anchored somewhere and what happens when a snake eats itself. Love is missing from these picture.
Implicitly we exercise the discernment of "good" from "bad", as shown by opinion and action. The intriguing part for me is that these notions appear to be irreducible as part of an entity encompassing our individual selves. I guess the missing link is in the recognition of the tradition we nurture from and defend.
@amyjko Thanks for the insightful article. Collapse is for the better in this context, as a crack we can leak out from hopefully.
I think the naysayers of scheme could benefit from reflecting on the Talmud's advice to choose "the longer shorter way"
Rabbi Yehoshua ben Chananiah:
```
Once a child got the better of me.
I was traveling, and I met with a child at a crossroads. I asked him, 'which way to the city?' and he answered: 'This way is short and long, and this way is long and short.'
I took the 'short and long' way. I soon reached the city but found my approach obstructed by gardens and orchards. So I retraced my steps and said to the child: 'My son, did you not tell me that this is the short way?' Answered the child: 'Did I not tell you that it is also long?'
(Talmud, Eruvin 53b)
```
#Scheme on the other hand renders your long-term goals exceedingly near by forcing you to take the long way, which is ultimately the shorter way, because once you forgo piles of features in order to focus only on the tools that are essential for implementing the features you need, only then will you be free to discover the right way.
YouTube adds a little "pause" for Firefox users to chill before watching a video.

Is there a lawsuit coming already?
Anti-trust? Anti-competition? Anti-human?
@yaxu at home we have a whole category of jokes around the expectation of a sudden collapse. But outside I notice it sometimes annoys or confuses people. We have different coping mechanisms.

@froos Really neat groove and feel. Thanks!
@yaxu I suggest getting a good hold of the basic principles and standard collections and build from there. For me is about unburdening the mind and have a thinking-reflection space away from busier technologies. I just have a year and a half with it: I try to keep it simple and keep adapting it to my needs bit by bit. Good luck with it!
I thank the selection commitee and the opencollective contributors for this micro-grant.
The workshop I've planned will be a fun way to share the marvels of free software, live coding and Tidal Cycles with my local communiy :)
@argumento en el comic Promethea aparece una referencia constante a un tipo de Bored Ape... El comic habla del fin del mundo, Go figure.
Currently researching computer music DSLs and geometric models of rhythm.
I'm here to listen, ask, share and contribute to collective thinking.
