@asic It was suggested I turn off updates, the issue Is I can't afford to buy a cartridge and not have it work, the whole model is designed to rip people off, and make perfectly good hardware non working so you are forced to buy newer models.

@zleap Exactly! Plus, it used to be that you could use 3rd-party/refilled cartridges, but that’s been difficult for at least a few years due the annually-issued logic bomb that HP disguises as a security update.
