There have been many reports lately that Facebook is blocking links to https://joinmastodon.org
If you are still on Facebook, please keep spreading the word about Mastodon and the Fediverse.
If https://joinmastodon.org doesn't work, try posting a link to a reliable instance people can join. There are so many instances, Facebook cannot block all of them from being mentioned.
That Facebook are even doing this implies the Fediverse is on their radar, which is quite an achievement in itself!

Much of what Facebook does is illegal as well as immoral.
Unfortunately, most authorities seem reluctant to prosecute, or else they give such tiny fines that FB can pay them without problems 😔
This is what happens when a single organisation becomes too powerful, no one dares go after it.
Maybe a request if this does get blocked, then perhaps users can take a screenshot ASAP and post here, ideally with time / dates. If nothing else it acts as evidenc.
Given zukerberg has denined putting profits before wellbeig of users (despite internal documents saying otherwise) he has no problems LYING,
Perhaps when he is summoned before a federal , senate board of inquiry his lying may actually turn in to a charge of perjury, and result in what ever sanction the US has for that.
