After sleeping very badly for a while, it's always amazing just how great it feels when you've had a night of proper sleep.

How much lack of sleep impacts your mental faculties, how much dumber we are when we don't get enough of it.

Moral of the story, GET ENOUGH SLEEP.

Also look in to why you are having issues sleeping, could be screen use,, stress, diet etc, also a good warm room seems to really help too.
