Good question, after some clicking around randomly I think the process is as follows
1 Go to lists
2 Click on a list
3 In the right and corner of that box, there is a show settings
4 Click show settings, you should then see edit list
In the edit list you can add people by searching the search box will cover up the one under it, clicking on the one under it seems to remove the search box.
Best I can do here, I will try and make a video later to illustrate the process.
Does seem rather er, complex at first
Great work there, thanks for this, I will make a video showing BOTH methods later. People then can work out which is better for them.
