I am, just for today, using a Debian installation that has non-free blobs for WiFi.
It runs significantly worse OS than the 100% free version of Debian.
But what do they put in those blobs?
Even to boot up and shut down it is slower.
The good thing is that the pc with Debian with the blobs is also more powerful than the other one with only free software.
There is nothing to it, free software is the best.

I have the opposite problem, I am running Debian 11 on my desktop the wifi works fine, if I use wired I get speeds of about 1-6 Mbps (yes you read that right) it is very slow.
