I just woke up to two pieces of great news: Kyle Rittenhouse is being sued in civil court for his murderous rampage (a la OJ) and Andrew Tate has been arrested for rape and human trafficking. Romanian officials found him from his video response to Thunberg. Karma is a boss today!
I think people such as this are going to have to watch what they say / do. People are fed up of racism, anti-semitism mysogamy, miscandry, mis-information and such like and will be watching for a chance to hit back in the courts and finally seek justice or closure.
While platforms can say they promote free speech, the limits of this mean that this does not stop victims from seeking court action on what is said. The Sandy Hook hoaxer, was successfully sued by the families of those killed, this further empowers people to get together and hit back.
