Bed-blocking crisis 'not going away' in Cornwall

Just caught part of a BBC news report on the NHS, socal care has a recruitment crisis, but it seems workers are paid min wage £9.50. Given the work they do, level of responsibility they deserve a lot more.
As a teaching assistant I earn MORE, as do workers at supermarkets and elsewhere. No wonder there is a recruitment crisis, We need to change our attitude to these workers and see them as highly skilled, valuable members of the NHS and community care workforce.
If that is their NEW website it has not been updated since 2021, they have a blog post that new site is live so the absence of link suggests this is their new site too.
As a techie, not remotely impressed, no wonder they are having issues.
I bet they pay the web site person more than £11 an hour.
Yeah just doesn't look good to have it not updated, since 20021 though but i understand what you have said here.
@zleap had a look at the website, looks like standard Wordpress but the sort of thing an external company is contracted to do as a one off - they then usually give the access details to someone in the office to update the blog/news bit but no one has been doing that (which also suggests the admin office is overworked/understaffed, which will impact on the care)
