With what looks like very little active effort to reach out and look to recruit people.
People of all ages can train and or retrain for work, they just need to know what to retrain for There are grass roots initiative for STEM (i run one) but sadly industry are just rubbish at engagement, they cry out for people but don't seem to want to engage.
Just contacted UK space today so hopefully they will get back to me at some point.
