Please pray for these poor children, that God will help them fully recover, and find genuinely good people to care for them. This is an absolutely horrific story.

There was an article in the Daily mirror years ago, I think the front page was how the police / authorities had lost track of over 1000 paedophiles. Going through the paper there was a picture from Kirachi (sorry about spelling) a man knelt down, with a soldier, pointing a gun at the top of his head. The man had raped an 11 year old boy.
One way of ensuring there is no reoffending that.
I did an electrical course at college years ago, we were told to put faulty electrical kit of of action properly, even if this meant smashing it with a hammer, once smashed there is no way it can be plugged in and electrocute someone.
